This Agreement (the „Agreement”) is entered into on this ______ day of ___________, 20___ (the „Effective Date”), by and between the Legal Aid Commission of New South Wales, with its principal office located at ________________ („Legal Aid”), and the Applicant, hereinafter referred to as the „Client”.

WHEREAS, the Client is in need of legal assistance and is seeking to apply for legal aid through the online application form provided by Legal Aid;

WHEREAS, Legal Aid is authorized to provide legal assistance and representation to eligible individuals under the laws of New South Wales;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
